How long people come for varies. Some find what they’re after in shorter-term work, around 6–10 sessions; others stay longer to work through deep-seated patterns, or longer still when the work is more self-exploratory. Initial sessions focus on getting an idea for what brings you to therapy, then followed by a therapy that fits your needs.
